EXCLUSIVE: 16K COVID-19 Positive Migrants Released into U.S. by ICE, Says Whistleblower

More than 16,000 migrants who tested positive for COVID-19 while in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody were released into the United States, according to an agency law enforcement source. The Biden administration did not mandate any of the migrants to be vaccinated before their release. The source informs Breitbart Texas that the figures only include those migrants who were tested by ICE.

DHS Begins Expedited Removal of Some Migrant Families Apprehended at Border

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) began flights to remove some migrant families designated for expedited removal. The order for expedited removal applies to some migrant families who illegally crossed the U.S. border from Mexico who cannot be removed under Title 42 coronavirus protection protocols.

Exclusive: ICE to Release Migrants Further into U.S. — Away from Texas Border Cities

Federal law enforcement sources report that Border Patrol agents will now rely on Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers to conduct migrant releases when detention space is not available in the Texas Rio Grande Valley. Migrant releases coordinated specifically by Border Patrol directly into border communities will be a last-resort option. Border Patrol officials are instructed to conduct the local releases only when ICE cannot cope with the level of arrests made by the Border Patrol.

‘Most Sophisticated’ Cartel Smuggling Tunnel Found Under Arizona Border

Federal officials called a cartel-connected smuggling tunnel under the Arizona-Mexico border “the most sophisticated tunnel in U.S. history.” The 1,300-foot structure stretched from a neighborhood in San Luis, Mexico, to its destination in San Luis, Arizona. Officials detected the tunnel prior to its completion, officials said.

33 Migrants Recovered from Texas Stash House near Border

Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents recovered a large group of migrants being held in a stash house near the Texas border with Mexico. Border Patrol agents teamed up with Webb County Constable’s Office deputies and special agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) to carry out the raid.

Illegal Immigrant Charged with Shooting at Texas Police Helicopters

HOUSTON, Texas — Houston Police Department investigators arrested an illegal immigrant on charges that he allegedly fired a handgun at police helicopters. The incident occurred as the man allegedly fired on police aircraft responding to the crash of a Houston Police Department helicopter that killed one officer and critically injured the pilot. An immigration judge ordered the illegal alien to be removed from the U.S. earlier this year.
