$19M in Meth Seized in Single Failed Texas Border Crossing

Rio Grande Valley Sector Customs and Border Protection officers seized another huge load of methamphetamine headed to the streets in American cities across the county. An inspection of a tractor-trailer rig at the Pharr International Bridge that connects Texas and Mexico led to the discovery of nearly a half-ton of methamphetamine.

Feds Recover 14 Migrants, 82 Pounds of Meth from Capsized Smuggling Boat

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations aircrew teamed up with a Coast Guard vessel to rescue 14 people from a capsized human smuggling boat. During the interdiction, officials found three packages containing 82 pounds of methamphetamine in the water off the coast of San Diego, California.

565 Pounds of Liquid Meth Seized on Bus at Texas Border Crossing

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized more than 565 pounds of liquid methamphetamine on a commercial bus attempting to enter from Mexico. The seizure occurred in the Del Rio Sector at the Camino Real International Bridge connecting Eagle Pass, Texas, and Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

Sophisticated Cross-Border Tunnel to Southern California Busted by Feds

A federal task force in Southern California recently discovered a sophisticated cross-border tunnel running from Mexico to the United States. The task force seized significant quantities of cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and marijuana during a search of the connected San Diego-area warehouse.

1500 Pounds of Liquid Meth Seized at Texas Border Crossing

El Paso Sector Customs and Border Protection officers seized more than 1,500 pounds of liquid methamphetamine at the Ysleta Port of Entry. The seizure more than triples the total of all methamphetamine seizures at El Paso area ports for Fiscal Year 2019.
