Loudoun County School Superintendent Admits ‘Failed’ Effort to Provide a Safe Environment, Left-Wing Board Member Resigns

Scott Ziegler, the superintendent of Virginia’s embattled Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), said that the school district has “failed” to provide a safe environment for its students. The superintendent’s comments were in response to local parents outraged over how reports of two sexual assaults were handled inside schools. Following the superintendent’s statement, board member Beth Barts, who previously targeted parents who are against Critical Race Theory in schools, resigned from her position.

A China-born music professor at the University of Michigan was forced out of teaching a Shakespeare class — and reported to the Office of Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX — after showing the classic 1965 film Othello to his class. The movie offended woke students because it features legendary actor Sir Laurence Olivier with darkened skin playing the title role.

Leftist ASU Groups Voice Support for Forcing White Students Out of ‘Multicultural Center’

Several student groups at Arizona State University reacted to a viral video that shows two white students studying in the school’s “multicultural center” being harassed over a laptop sticker, which read, “Police Lives Matter,” claiming the white students displayed imagery of “white supremacy” and “white nationalism.” The students were eventually forced out of the university space.  One student group even called for the “expulsion of the two white male students.”

A video appearing to show students harassing two white students in Arizona State University’s “multicultural center” has gone viral on social media. In the video, students off-camera appear to take offense to a laptop sticker reading, “Police Lives Matter,” before demanding the white students leave the multicultural center, proclaiming, “white is not a culture.”

On the 20-year anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, today’s college-aged students were too young to remember what happened with many having been born after the attacks. Florida students interviewed by Campus Reform said that educators teaching lessons on the terrorist attacks should avoid discussing “American exceptionalism” and “focus on America’s faults.”

College Gender Gap: Men Falling Farther Behind Women in Higher Education

Male students are abandoning the pursuit of higher education in such numbers that they are now trailing behind female college students by record levels, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. At the end of the 2020-21 academic year, women made up 59.5 percent of college students, while men made up 40.5 percent, according to enrollment data from the National Student Clearinghouse.

Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida, has released an “Inclusive Language Guide,” calling on students, faculty, and staff to replace certain words and phrases with more “welcoming” language. Along with the usual suspects like the term freshman, FIU’s language police are careful to note that students and staff should avoid “using heteronormative and binary language.”

James Madison U. Staff Training: Christians, White Males Are ‘Oppressors’

James Madison University (JMU) in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is training its student employees that people who are white, male, straight, or cisgender are “oppressors” that engage in the “systematic subjugation” of other social groups. The training instructs the students that Christians are also considered an “oppressor,” with all other religions considered a “target.”
